Terms of Service

Governing provisions for business promotions, voice broadcasting, and digital campaigns provided by VV ADS (Proprietorship: Elupuru Vasu).

1 Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the promotional, voice SMS, outbound dialer (OBD), or digital marketing services of VV ADS (Government MSME Udyam: UDYAM-AP-23-0095893), represented by its Proprietor ELUPURU VASU, you ("Client" or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use or commission our services.

2 Service Scope & Deliverables

VV ADS specializes in the following professional services under National Industry Classification (NIC) codes 73100 (Advertising) and 74909:

  • Voice SMS & Outbound Dialer (OBD): Distribution of pre-recorded audio announcements, campaign voice broadcasts, and interactive IVR responses.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Campaigns: Meta (Facebook / Instagram) paid ad management, Google Ads, audience targeting, creative copy, and conversion funnels.
  • B2B Business Promotion & WhatsApp Communication: Structured business outreach, promotional notifications, and lead management workflows.

3. Anti-Spam, Content Restrictions & TRAI Adherence

Clients utilizing VV ADS platforms must guarantee that all campaign content, audio files, and messaging scripts strictly comply with TRAI regulations, Meta WhatsApp Business Policies, and Indian laws.

Strictly Prohibited: Campaigns promoting gambling, illegal lotteries, adult content, counterfeit goods, high-risk financial schemes, hate speech, or unsolicited harassment are forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the campaign without refund.

4 Billing, Credits & Payments

All campaign fees, ad credits, and voice SMS broadcast packages must be settled in advance unless agreed under a formal corporate SLA. Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

5 Limitation of Liability

VV ADS strives for maximum telecom carrier uptime and ad platform delivery. However, we are not liable for transmission delays caused by third-party telecom operator outages, national DND registries, Meta API downtime, or network congestions outside our direct technical control.

6 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of our services shall be subject exclusively to the courts located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
